Chibi Godzilla Raids Again is returning this April with its second season. Season 2 will premiere on the official Godzilla YouTube channel on April 3 JST, and the English-subtitled version will debut on April 10 at 10 AM PT.
Maaya Uchida is joining the cast as Chibi Minilla.
The first Chibi Godzilla Raids Again season premiered in April 2023 and ran for 13 episodes. The episodes have a two-minute-and-forty-second runtime.
The Chibi Godzilla design by Chiharu Sakazaki made its first appearance in the 2018 children’s book “Do Your Best, Chibi Godzilla!” The chibi kaijus have also appeared in other picture books, a music video, the 2020-2021 short-form 3D-animated web series “I’m Home! Chibi Godzilla,” and merchandise.
