Kura Sushi USA has announced its latest Bikkura Pon collaboration with Toei Animation’s long-running One Piece anime series, which is celebrating its 25th Anniversary. From August 2, 2024 through September 30, 2024, the new partnership includes exclusive One Piece Bikkura Pon prizes, merchandise, and décor at all Kura Revolving Sushi Bar locations nationwide.
The prize collection features an assortment of can badges and charm accessories adorned with members of the Straw Hat Crew. From September 1, 2024, prize figurines of Luffy, Zoro, Nami and Sanji will also become available while supplies last. The rare Luffy Gear 5 Figurine with a pearl ink coating on a golden sushi plate will be available in limited quantities to lucky diners and is not available for individual purchase.
Guests will also be able to purchase a One Piece x Kura Sushi Bottle with straw cover for US$16.00, starting August 2, 2024. Free soft drink refills will be available with the bottle through September 30, 2024.
The limited-time menu offerings inspired by the series include the Gum-Gum Fruit Ice Cream Monaka, Luffy’s Jumbo Spicy Roast Beef Nigiri, and Luffy’s Jumbo Spicy Roast Beef Roll. These dishes will be available in-restaurant only while supplies last.
In addition, Kura Sushi Rewards Members are eligible to receive a One Piece x Kura Sushi Cooling Towel with case from August 2, 2024 to August 8, 2024 for every US$80.00 spent in-restaurant (excluding taxes, tips and coupons), while supplies last. Availability is limited and not guaranteed, and in-store giveaway dates are subject to change.
For every 15 sushi plates enjoyed, diners will earn a prize from the One Piece collection. Once the 15-plate milestone is reached, the Bikkura Pon system automatically dispenses a random prize. All prizes are available for individual purchase, except for the rare figurine, which is only available through the prize system.
Kura Sushi USA previously collaborated with other anime series such as Dragon Ball Super and Spy x Family.
