The North American publisher Seven Seas Entertainment announced on Tuesday that it will release Kouichi Kusano’s harem comedy manga I Don’t Like You At All, Big Brother!! (Oniichan no Koto Nanka Zenzen Suki Janain Dakara ne—!!) and Milk Morinaga’s yuri manga Girl Friends next year. Both manga will come in omnibus editions, which combine two or more volumes of the Japanese editions.
I Don’t Like You At All, Big Brother!! centers around the “slightly dangerous relationship” between Shūsuke, a boy who likes risque books and DVDs, and Nao, Shūsuke’s younger (but adopted) sister who has a crush on him. The manga inspired the anime of the same name this year. The first two-in-one volume will ship in August for US$16.99.
Girl Friends follows a smart but lonely high school girl named Mariko Kumakura and her relationship with Akko Ōhashi, the popular and beautiful girl who vows to bring Kumakura out of her shell. The first of two 496-page, US$17.99 volumes will ship in October 2012, and the second will ship in January 2013.
