Someday’s Dreamers Anime licenced by Sentai Filmworks

Sentai Filmworks announced on Wednesday that it has licensed the anime adaptation of Kumichi Yoshizuki and Norie Yamada’s Someday’s Dreamers manga. The company will release the series digitally “soon” and then on DVD this spring.

Geneon Entertainment previously licensed the 12-episode series in North America in 2003. The manga and anime revolve around Yume Kikuchi, a girl who can use magic, who goes to Tokyo to become an apprentice to Masami Oyamada, a professional mage. Masami Shimoda (Boys Be…, 11eyes, Polyphonica) directed the 2003 series at J.C. Staff and Viewworks.
