This year’s 42nd issue of Shueisha’s Shonen Jump magazine is announcing on Monday that Square Enix will release Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call for the Nintendo 3DS as the sequel to its 2012 Theatrhythm Final Fantasy rhythm game for the Nintendo 3DS.
The game will collect over 200 songs from Square Enix (formerly Square Soft)’s Final Fantasy series of video games, and will have appearances of over 60 characters. A versus fight mode will also be added, allowing players to challenge their friends to rhythm game battles.
Square Enix filed a trademark for Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call in the United States earlier this month. The game is scheduled to boat in Japan sometime in 2014.
