EA has announced that they will be working with T.O. Entertainment to create a Mass Effect anime movie. The movie doesn’t look like it is going to be hitting the theatres but instead it looks like it will be going straight to DVD/Blu-ray.EA also stated they are using the anime medium to extend the story so don’t expect to see a “game to cartoon” conversion. You can expect the movie in summer 2012 and lets hope the Mass Effect movie doesn’t end up like Halo Legends.
