Japan’s Video Sales Up for 1st Time in 5 Years in 2011
Overall home video sales rose 5.3% non-kids anime rose 7.6%, due mainly to BDs. On September 18, the Japan Video Software Association announced its survey results on Japanese video software sales from January to June of 2011.
