The ongoing Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki: 2nd Stage anime series has received a new trailer just hours ahead of its sixth episode, which marks the start of the “Culture Festival Arc.”
The series started airing on January 3 and is streaming on Crunchyroll and Bilibili. It is the follow-up to 2021’s Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki, a high school drama which Crunchyroll describes as:
The anime is based on the Shogakukan-published light novel series written by Yuuki Yaku and illustrated by Fly, which began in 2016 and is published under the Gagaga Bunko label. Yen Press publishes the books in English. There are 11 main volumes (and two short story collections) as of January 2024, and there is also a manga adaptation by Eito Chida and a manga spin-off focused on Minami Nanami, one of the main series’ heroines, by Bana Yoshida.
