Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest Season 3 will begin airing in the Fall 2024 anime season. A key visual has been released.
Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest is based on the Overlap Bunko light novels written by Ryou Shirakome with illustrations from Takaya-ki. The first season of the anime, which was directed by the late Kinji Yoshimoto and produced by Asred and White Fox, aired in 2019. The second season, produced by Asread and Studio Mother, aired in 2022, with Season 3 being announced later the same year.
Seven Seas Entertainment describes the light novels as:
When a classroom of students is transported to another world to act as its saviors, Hajime Nagumo finds himself the weakest link. As his friends and classmates are granted strong classes and impressive abilities due to their existing skills, he is given the weak title of Synergist. When a dungeon quest leaves him separated from his group, Hajime must discover his own talents or be left to rot in this world forever.
The Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest light novels began in 2015 and have 20 volumes, including side stories and a short story anthology, as of September 2022. The story began as a web novel published on Shousetsuka ni Narou in 2013. There is a manga adaptation by RoGa.
