After a deluge of Character x Cocktail visuals, the Bartender: Glass of God anime has received a second trailer, key visual, and an April 3 (effectively April 4 at 12 AM JST) premiere date.
Bartender: Glass of God is inspired by the Shueisha-published Bartender manga written by Araki Joh and illustrated by Kenji Nagatomo, which follows the genius bartender Ryuu. Crunchyroll will stream the show outside Japan.
The Bartender manga ran from 2004 to 2012 and is collected into 21 tankoubon volumes. It has received a few follow-ups drawn by Osamu Kajisa, including Bartender à Paris, Bartender à Tokyo, and Bartender 6stp.
The manga previously inspired a 2006 anime series and a 2011 TV drama. Crunchyroll and Prime Video stream the anime, which the latter describes as:
