Hoshimachi Suisei, sakuma To Sing Theme Song for Trapezium Anime Movie

Hololive VTuber Hoshimachi Suisei and sakuma have been revealed as the theme song artists for the upcoming Trapezium anime film. The theme song is titled “Nanmonai.”

Previously, it was announced that the song would be handled by the Japanese music project MAISONdes (like other MAISONdes songs, Suisei and sakuma are credited as featured artists).

Trapezium is based on the novel by Kazumi Takayama, at the time a member of idol group Nogizaka46, which was serialized in KADOKAWA’s Da Vinci from 2016 to 2018 and published in bunkoban format (with illustrations from Tae) in 2018. The story follows Yu Azuma, a high school student who has her sights set on becoming an idol, and imposes four conditions on herself in order to achieve her goal. Also part of the main cast are the girls Kurumi Taiga, Rinko Katori, and Mika Kamei.

The movie will premiere in Japan on May 10.
