The If My Wife Became an Elementary School Student anime adaptation has received its first teaser trailer, along with main cast details and an October 2024 premiere window.
The show will feature the voices of Daisuke Hirakawa as Keisuke Nijima, Aoi Yuki as Takae Nijima/Marika Shiraishi, and Maiko Nomura as Mai Nijima.
If My Wife Became an Elementary School Student is based on the manga by Yayu Murata, which began serialization in Houbunsha’s Weekly Manga TIMES in 2018. The premise involves the main character encountering an elementary school girl who claims to be his deceased wife.
The manga, which was originally a 2018 one-shot, released its 14th and final tankoubon volume in March 2023. There is a 2022 live-action drama adaptation.
