The original fishing-themed anime Negative Positive Angler has received a main trailer, key visual, and October 3 JST premiere date.
The new trailer comes with previews of the newly announced theme songs, which are Van de Shop‘s “Ito” (the opening) and 96Neko‘s “Shounin Yokkyuu” (the ending).
Negative Positive Angler will follow Tsunehiro Sasaki, a university student who is in debt and has two years left to live. During an escape attempt from debt collectors, he falls into the ocean and is aided by fishing buddies Hana Ayukawa and Takaaki Tsutsujimori. Tsunehiro tries out fishing at Hana’s recommendation, and also begins a part-time job at the convenience store where Hana and Takaaki work.
