Aniplex has announced that the mineralogy adventure manga Ruri no Houseki will be receiving a TV anime adaptation, scheduled for release in 2025.
More details on the anime series will be revealed at the upcoming Aniplex Online Fest 2024 in Japan on September 16, 2024. An official Twitter account and website for the series were also recently launched.
Original manga creator Keiichiro Shibuya posted a celebratory illustration on his Twitter account to commemorate the announcement.

Shibuya first launched the manga in Kadokawa’s Harta magazine on August 10 2019, with four tankobon volumes released as of August 2023. A fifth volume will be released in Japan on September 13, 2024.
Ruri no Houseki follows a high school girl named Ruri, who really loves jewelry and develops an interest in the world of mineral collecting after meeting Nagi — a graduate student studying mineralogy.
