A new teaser visual and PV trailer has been revealed for The Red Ranger Becomes an Adventurer in Another World TV anime series, which will debut in Japan in January 2025.
The trailer details the main production staff, which includes Keiichiro Kawaguchi (Frame Arms Girl, Higurashi: When They Cry – GOU/SOTSU) as director, Atsuhiro Tomioka (BEM 2019, Pokémon) as series screenwriter, Shuji Maruyama (365 Days to the Wedding, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s) as main character designer and co-chief animation director, and Koichiro Kameyama (Happy Sugar Life) as music composer. Satelight is in charge of the animation production for the series.
Other staff include Takashi Hashimoto (Code Geass: Rozé of the Recapture main animator) as effects animation director, Yoshitaka Taniguchi (The New Gate monster designer and prop setting) as prop, mecha, and suit designer, Ryosuke Shibuya (Ayaka: A Story of Bonds and Wounds monster designer) as Kaijin designer, and Ko Inaba (That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime season two and 3 prop designer)) as monster designer. Hosoi is also serving as art director and working on the art setting, while Hideaki Onishi and Ayaka Ito are the other co-chief animation directors.
The trailer also revealed the main voice cast, which stars:

- • Tomohiro Ono aa Rosie Mist
The anime is based on the isekai comedy manga by Koyoshi Nakayoshi, which was first launched in Square Enix’s Monthly Shonen Gangan magazine on October 12, 2020. Seven tankobon volumes have been released as of August 2024.
Square Enix began releasing the manga’s chapters in English digitally on its Manga Up! global service in May 2023. It describes the synopsis as:
Asagaki Togo was the Red Ranger in a heroic Ranger squad. During their final battle against the ultimate evil organization, he suffers a crushing defeat and resigns himself to death… That is, until he finds himself reborn in an entirely different world! Embracing his new role as an adventurer, he transforms into Kizuna Red and continues his pursuit of justice, helping those in need. Enjoy this heroic tale of a Ranger becoming the protector of another world!
