Milan Records has announced that the full Wind Breaker original anime soundtrack is now streaming on several music streaming platforms.
The soundtrack is written and composed by Ryo Takahashi and consists of two discs with original score music. Disc one contains 26 tracks, while disc two contains 22 tracks.
Included on the album are two original vocal songs by Takahashi: “Higher I’ll Go” featuring Foggy-D and “Stronger” featuring Zachary Fitzgerald and Foggy-D. Featured in the anime’s inaugural episode, “Higher I’ll Go” takes listeners on a high-octane ride with its powerful vocals and hard-hitting instrumentation.
Meanwhile, “Stronger,” featured in episode 9 of the series, is a rousing and anthemic ballad with echoing lyrics that connect to the storyline of protagonist Haruka Sakura.
Crunchyroll is streaming Wind Breaker worldwide in select territories, outside of Japan. The anime first premiered on April 5, 2024 and will contain 13 total episodes.
Kodansha USA releases the manga series in English, and describes the main synopsis as:
Haruka Sakura wants nothing to do with weaklings—he’s only interested in the strongest of the strong. He’s from Fuurin High School, a school of near-dropout degenerates known only for their brawling strength. And in a town known for its territorial disputes, Haruka’s got only one goal — become the hero his town deserves.
